Do not enter payment card information, government identification numbers, health information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information. Member access is verified server-side through WordPress and Impexium; Impexium credentials and membership profile details are not sent to the AI providers. Public chat does not verify or disclose membership. LiveChat receives conversation content only after you choose what to share and confirm the handoff.
Remembering you across visits. As a member, Aster keeps a short summary of what you've discussed (like your business type or topics such as pricing) so it can pick up where you left off next time, instead of starting over. SAF retains that summary until you turn this off, at which point it is deleted.
