Have you been dinged by a bounced check? The Society of American Florists has an app to make collections a breeze, and Skip Paal, AAF, of the Rutland Beard Floral Group swears by it.
“I used ChecXchange to collect on a bad check from a customer,” said Paal, who is a featured speaker at SAF Palm Beach 2017. “Using the app was easy — I just took a picture and was done in less than 3 minutes. A week later, the funds were in my bank account.”
SAF partnered with Money Transfer Systems Inc., a leader in electronic check re-presentment and recovery, to bring members the checXchange Mobile™ App. The app is free and allows members to use their Android, iPhone or iPad to scan bounced non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks received and send them to checXchange’s processing center in a secure environment for recovery. The app returns 100 percent of recovered funds to the member’s bank account in seven to 14 days. Traditional recovery service is available, too.
