Administrative Professionals Week kicks off next week. Has the gratitude-filled event fallen off your radar, or your customers’? If so, you have company. Last year, a post-holiday survey found that 39 percent of Society of American Florists retailer members saw a drop-off in APW sales; 31 percent said sales were flat. At the same time, 62 percent of respondents said they didn’t increase promotional efforts for the week — and 16 percent said they didn’t promote APW at all in 2018.
