Push for Last-Minute Easter Orders

by | Apr 5, 2023 | Business Builder, Floral Industry News | 0 comments

Easter is Sunday, but there’s still time to push for last-minute flower and plant orders for Easter celebrations. Use the Society of American Florists’ resources to help remind your customers to celebrate this holiday with flowers.

The resources include:

  • Social media graphics to brighten your followers’ feeds and entice them to buy flowers for Easter.
  • Content for your website including spring decorating ideas and spring flower suggestions.
  • Guidance for lilies, which can be harmful to cats in the home. Studies from Utah State University show a toxic connection between cats and the Lilium genera family — including the Easter lily, tiger lily, Rubrum lily, Japanese show lily and daylilies. Encourage your cat-loving customers to add alternatives to their arrangements, such as Easter orchids, or ask them to consider a different plant, such as Easter cacti.

Use these resources for a successful Easter!
