Customer:
((light and happy tone)) This morning, I heard my Mom’s favorite song on the radio. It made me think of all the great times we’ve shared together, and how she’s always been there for me. Thinking about her made me smile… and I decided I wanted her to know just how special she is to me, and I wanted her to know right away so I called my florist and said I wanted a bouquet that would make Mom’s heart dance. Wow, did he deliver. Mom got a beautiful arrangement filled with her favorite flowers. And she got it today. She said it touched her heart more than I could ever know. You know I can always count on mom (laughs)… and my florist!
