If you’re among the hundreds of industry members heading to SAF Palm Springs 2018 next week, you might want to take a few minutes this week to download SAF’s convention app, a new, free tool to help attendees get the most out of the annual networking and education event.
“We’ve got a lot of new programming to bring you this year, including our convention app,” available through Guidebook on Andriod and IOS devices, said SAF’s Digital Strategy Manager Max Duchaine in a Facebook live video introducing the app. “We’re really looking forward to having it play a key role in the convention experience.”
Duchaine’s quick, easy-to-follow tutorial walks users how to find, download and set up the app and highlights key features, including an interactive venue map, personalized scheduling options and reminders and digital event pages that allow attendees to interact with each other and panelists and speakers seamlessly throughout SAF Palm Springs 2018.
If you download and sign into the app by Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 7 p.m., you’ll be part of a drawing for a $100 gift card that can be used anywhere at The Westin Mission Hills – in a restaurant, gift shop or even to offset your hotel bill. We’ll announce the winner at the Kick-Off Breakfast on Thursday, Sept. 13.
