Barry Gottlieb
Barry Gottlieb has spent his career helping people and organizations grow… professionally, personally, and purposefully.
His path has been anything but linear. Barry began as an educator, moved into business leadership, and ultimately became a trusted advisor and mentor to leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams across industries.
Along the way, as a Partner, he helped scale a business to a $75 million valuation, served as a VP of sales within a billion-dollar organization, and worked closely with companies navigating growth, transition, and transformation.
Today, Barry has started a new chapter. As he steps away from running an active consulting practice, his focus is on sharing wisdom, perspective, and experience… through writing, mentoring, and select advisory conversations… rather than building or promoting a firm.
He is the author of multiple books on leadership, personal growth, and living fully, including: “TGIT – Thank God It’s Today”, “Brilliant on the Basics… A Playbook for Business Leaders”, “This Old Dog Can Teach You New Tricks”, and “Unstoppable Sales… A Proven Playbook for Sales Mastery”.
Writing has become his primary vehicle for impact… allowing him to give back, provoke thought, and inspire meaningful action across generations.
Throughout my career, one belief has remained constant: Knowledge only becomes powerful when it is applied consistently.
Whether working with executives, emerging leaders, or individuals at life’s crossroads, Barry’s passion has always been the same… helping people clarify what matters, lead with integrity, and create lives and organizations they are proud of.
He remains open to select mentoring, speaking, and advisory opportunities aligned with purpose, values, and impact.
His mission remains unchanged: To inspire and empower others to reach their full potential… today, and every day.
