Teleflora’s new national holiday campaign, “The Power of Wishes” brings the partnership between Teleflora and Make-A-Wish to the forefront for the second year in a row.
The campaign centers around Matty, a little boy wishing for a special moment with his father. The commercial captures a snowman that magically comes to life to share moments of joy with Matty — from snowball fights to making snow angels together. The magic culminates with Matty waking to find his father, a member of the military who’d been deployed, at his bedside and a Teleflora bouquet with the message, “Some wishes do come true.”
The ad is airing across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and on targeted digital media.
The magic extends beyond the screen as well. Teleflora welcomed two Make-A-Wish alumni, Matty and Kinsley, to the commercial set for a behind-the-scenes experience (the character in the commercial was named after the real-life Matty).
The campaign encourages donations to Make-A-Wish through multiple channels, including social media engagement and a special snowman-building event at Rockefeller Center. Teleflora hopes to raise $250,000 for Make-A-Wish, with Teleflora donating a portion of sales from its “The Power of Wishes” bouquets.
“Teleflora is honored to partner with Make-A-Wish on a campaign that embodies the holiday spirit of spreading joy, love, and hope to those who need it most,” says Danielle Mason, vice president of marketing at Teleflora. “Through this partnership, we can make the holiday season a little brighter for Wish children and their families.”
