It’s officially fall, which means Pumpkin Spice lattes and new floral designs that evoke coziness and sweater weather. A low price point and long vase life are two reasons Lisa Alary, CAFA, adores chrysanthemums and thinks they’re the ideal flower for the new season.
In the September issue of Floral Management, she shared her design inspiration with chrysanthemums, including what she sees as their biggest selling point: Versatility. “I love working with chrysanthemums because they can swing in so many stylistic directions,” said the owner of Fleur-de-Lise in St. Albert, Alberta.
