Florists may think they are doing a bang-up job on social media, but if you aren’t utilizing video, ads and caption info correctly, you’re probably creating a multitude of “social media sins,” according to Floral Management contributor Crystal Vilkaitis of Crystal Media.
“You may be sabotaging yourself without even knowing it,” she writes in this month’s magazine. “Each week, I get dozens of questions from retailers, and I see trends across the stores that aren’t seeing results. Typically, while these stores are focused on growing their reach and engagement, they are skipping over critical steps to growth. Those missed steps matter.”
