By contributing,  I understand the following: Contributions are made from personal and not corporate funds, and contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.  Contributions to the SAFPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes in connection with federal elections.  Contributions are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act.  Any amounts indicated are merely guidelines, and individuals may contribute more or less than any suggested amounts.  Individuals may refuse to contribute without reprisal.  The amount a person gives, or the refusal to give, will not benefit or disadvantage the person.  Federal law requires the SAFPAC to request and report the name, address, occupation, and employer for each person whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Contributions from foreign nationals are not accepted.
