Thanks for a wonderful first day! I KNOW how much time and effort it takes to make these conventions happen and kudos to you and your staff. I would like to suggest that we have the option to “attend” future conventions via Zoom. It is very hard to travel, be gone from the business and incur travel expenses. This way we can still be at the shop, as needed; get a fabulous education, and enjoy the company of our peers in just a few hours. Plus being recorded lets me re-play and re-think the ideas that were presented and then implement with my staff. I think you’re on the right track–I’m excited to finish the week. Thanks again for all the hard work.
