Buckhead Blooms, a renowned luxury floral boutique located in the heart of Buckhead, seeks the following:
Manager (Full-Time)
- Minimum 3 years of management experience and college degree. Floral experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong leadership, organizational abilities, problem solving skills, and financial and technical capabilities are required
- Ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Track daily sales, cash flow, operating budgets, and future sales goals
- Mastery usage of computer software and social media platforms: such as QuickBooks, Point-of-Sale, Gmail, Instagram, etc.
- Manage vendor relationships
- Maintain all requisite paperwork for boutique, including licenses, insurance, etc.
- Manage several employees, including floral designer, drivers, assistants
- Inspect inventory stock, track inventory levels, and ensure quality control of products
- Hire, train, and supervise all staff
- Create staff work schedules and manage payroll tracking
- Delegate tasks to staff members for efficiency
- Ensure stellar customer service from all staff members
- Provide stellar assistance to customers in retail boutique, over the telephone, and via email
- Maintain visual displays, windows, and in-store promotions
- Coordinate driver’s deliveries to ensure route efficiencies
- Provide support in preparing orders and maintaining the boutique
- Must be available on alternating Saturdays, and during the holiday season
- Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
