We,thetabletopexhibitor,herebysubmitourapplicationandcontracttoparticipateintheSAFSupplierShowcase.Inmakingthisapplicationandexecutingthiscontract,byoursignature,weherebyagreetotheRulesandRegulationsnamedherein.(Completethebelowinformationasyouwishittobepublished.)

Terms&ConditionsLiability

TheSocietyofAmericanFloristsshallnotberesponsibleforanyloss,damage,theft,orinjurythat may come to the Exhibitor or the Exhibitor’s employees or property from any causewhatsoever, prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibitor contract;andtheExhibitor,onsigning,agreestoindemnifysameagainstanyandallclaimsforsuchloss,damageorinjury.TheSocietyofAmericanFloristsdoesnotprovideanysecurityservicesorpersonnel for the exhibit area during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibitorcontract.

AnydamagetothebuildingduetothecarelessnessoftheExhibitormustbepaidforbytheExhibitor.Also,theSocietyofAmericanFloristsshallnotberesponsibleforanydamagetotheExhibitor’sbusinessforfailuretoprovidespacefortheexhibit,fortheremovalofsame,orforfailuretoholda SAFexhibit and/or tabletop display event.

The Exhibitoragreestoabideby the rulesandregulations SAF events policies.Anydeviation,withouttheexpresspermissionofSAF,mayresultinremovalfrom theshowandlossofmoniespaid.

TabletopSchedule

Tabletops may be set up beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 22, 2021. Alltabletopsshouldbefullysetupandreadyforbusinessby12:00p.m.Tabletoplocationswillbeassignedaheadoftime.FailuretooccupyspacecontractedinnowayrelievestheExhibitoroftheobligationstopaythefullrentalchargeforsuchspace.TheConventionmaytakepossessionofanyunoccupiedspaceandmay,atitsdiscretion,re-letitonsuchtermsasitmaydeemadvisable.

Nopartofthedisplaywillbepackaged,pre-packedorremoved,oranyotherformofdisplaydismantling,donepriortoend of the event.

ExhibitorswilladheretotheopeningandclosingtimesofthedisplayspacethroughoutthecourseofSAF events.Atleastonepersonmustbeinattendanceatthedisplayspaceduringalldisplayhours.

Cancellations
Cancellationsreceivedpriorto30 days of the start of the eventaresubjecttoa50%cancellationservicefeewiththebalancerefunded.Cancellationsafterthisdateshallnot
berefunded.

Displays
All displays must conform to the size of a 6’x30” tabletop and must not be of such nature orarrangementastoobstructthevieworinterferewithexhibitsofothers.SAFreservestherighttomoveExhibitorsnotcomplyingwiththeaboveconditions.

Behavior
Behaviorinadisorderly,abusive,orothermannernotgenerallyacceptabletothegeneralpublic will not be permitted. The company or individual whose name appears on this contracttakesresponsibilityforanyandallindividualsrepresentingthecompanyorhimselfwhileattheSAFevents.

Insurance
SAFwillnotprocureormaintainanyinsuranceand/orsecuritytoensurethepropertyofanyExhibitoragainstdamage,fire,theft,orotherwiseandfurtherwillnotprocureormaintainanyinsurancecoveragetoinsureanyExhibitoragainstliabilityforinjuryordamagetoanypropertyorpersons.AnyExhibitorwishingsuchinsuranceand/orsecuritycoverageshallprocurethesameofitselfand
itsexpense.

StaffManagement and its employees
SAFshallhavetheright,butnottheobligation,toresolvedisputesordisagreementsbetweenExhibitors, or between Exhibitors and official contractors. In the event of a dispute ordisagreement between an Exhibitor and an official contractor, or between two or moreExhibitors,actionordecisionbySAFintendedtoresolvethedisputeordisagreementshallbebindingontheExhibitor.

SAFmayfromtime-to-timeissuesuchadditionalrulesasitdeemsnecessaryfortheorderlypresentationofthedisplayarea.AnyrulemaybeamendedatanytimebySAF,providedthat

suchamendmentshallnotsubstantiallydiminishtherightsorincreasetheliabilityoftheExhibitor.
