For the third straight year, Andreia Boscato Muller, AIFD, the owner of The Flower Studio in Altamonte Springs, Florida, donated her time and her talent to provide a glamorous prom experience for teens and adults with special needs during “Night to Shine,” an international goodwill initiative sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation.

Just before Valentine’s Day, Andreia Boscato Muller, AIFD, created 60 lapel pins, gratis, for a very good cause.

For the third straight year, the owner of The Flower Studio in Altamonte Springs, Florida, donated her time and her talent to provide a glamorous prom experience for teens and adults with special needs during “Night to Shine,” an international goodwill initiative sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation. Tebow, the former University of Florida star quarterback, 2007 Heisman Trophy winner and devout Christian, founded the event five years ago to show “faith, hope and love to those needing a brighter day.”

“It’s an absolutely amazing cause,” Muller said. “When you see the looks on the kids’ faces, it melts your heart. It’s so worth five or six hours of my time to make them feel special.”

Muller learned about Night to Shine through a fellow wedding vendor. “She said, ‘Hey, I’m doing this thing. Want to get involved?’ so I looked it up,” she recalled. “I’m a Gator fan, so I was excited right off the bat when I saw it involved Tim Tebow. When I saw what it was all about, I was just blown away. How could I say no?”

Night to Shine, held at more than 650 churches throughout the U.S. and in 17 countries, always falls the weekend before Valentine’s Day — prohibiting Muller from ever attending the festivities. But she steals plenty of glimpses via social media while she greens vases preparing for the holiday. “It makes me so happy,” she said of the attendees’ palpable joy.
