The Regional Director is responsible for leading a regional area which includes full profit loss responsibility for all facets of the operation. Working in a matrix management environment, the position manages a team comprised of branch level managers. The matrix environment includes Operations, Fleet Management, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Safety, who support the total operation of the organization. The Regional Director builds and executes a local market strategy with local branch managers that complement the Region’s overall strategic operating and marketing plans and implements tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence and budget achievement. The Regional Director manages all matters related to collection process; represents the Company to customers, vendors and future regional customers and others; oversees effective safety and accident prevention programs and leads all operations to ensure compliance with standards; and drives change management initiatives to introduce and sustain new processes that contribute to the growth and market durability of the Region.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
· 10+ years of store management experience
· 5+ years of people management in a large distribution environment (50+ employees)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, and Word
. A growth mindset and demonstrated experience increasing and maintaining strong sales
. Financial management, marketing, and business analytics skills
. Experience hiring and developing strong leaders and team members
. A willingness to take calculated risks; culture change management helpful
